User Profile Management

Feature Request

Currently Covalent applications have user-related information in the left navigation drawer. The goal is to provide a better and more common interaction for user identification and account-related actions.
Material Design does not explicitly define account/profile management pattern, however many “Material” sites have common pattern to show current user and account-related actions.
