A browser extension to quickly check if a website belongs to a specific list of companies.

The easiest way to get started is by installing it directly from the Firefox Browser ADD-ONS store:

1. Download: Clone the repository or download the source code as a ZIP file.
2. Navigate: Open Chrome and go to chrome://extensions.
3. Enable Developer Mode: Toggle the "Developer mode" switch in the top-right corner.
4. Load Extension: Click on "Load unpacked" and select the directory where you saved the extension files.

• Once installed, the extension is ready to go.
• Visit any website and click on the extension's icon in your browser toolbar.
• A status message will instantly tell you if the website belongs to a company on the predefined list.

Company URL Checker is a simple tool that helps you determine if a website is affiliated with a company on a curated list. It's useful for brand monitoring, ethical consumption, competitor analysis, and staying informed about the websites you visit.
