• Fixed error with libgdiplus on macOS (Unable to load DLL 'libgdiplus')

Related to #1338 EDIT by @antonfirsov fixes #1387
Based on discussion in PR: #1403

@antonfirsov - lets start with tiny small and clean changes. This PR contains just fix for libgdiplus library issue on macOS.
