A Slick Range where toRow = X & toCell = Infinity is a selection of the entire row X
A Slick Range where toCell = Y & toRow = Infinity is a selection of the entire col Y
The code below is necessary to prevent an infinite loop, in Slickgrid's handleSelectedRanges callback (sets css classes on cells)
