Sets up saving and loading of Gravity Forms forms

Local .json files are stored in your-theme-name/resources/assets/gravity-forms-json

To install, run the following in your Sage 9- and Sage 10-based theme directory:

composer require "sermodigital/sage-gravity-forms"
