This change introduces new mode of operation
port-forward. In this mode application pairs any incoming TCP (or TLS) connection with TCP connection to destination address specified in positional arguments. It is useful to enable application not supporting proxy to connect to limited number of destinations, for example, binding dumbproxy to some local address and port and making desired app talk to this address and port.
