Please add build instructions

I have tried building ClipCascade from source rather than downloading the releases, but failed miserably on the desktop app.
Everything from unresolvable and outdated requirements to failure to build specific pip wheels.
It would be great if you could add build instructions for ClipCascade for all those that don't wanna download precompiled executables but want to build the Server & Clients themselves.

Things as

• The Version of Python3 to use for the Desktop app in order to have all the requirements work and compatible
• Prerequisites and how to configure them properly for ClipCascade (apparently the Desktop app needs a source version of ffmpeg when built on Windows which needs a custom configuration file [not included in the source download] that I'm unsure how to configure for use with ClipCascade)

along anything else that might be needed in order to successfully build the project.

So, after a lot of failed attempts I successfully managed to build the Windows desktop package on Windows so I decided I should share my findings to document them for others until there are official build instructions.

1. Install Python 3.14.2 using the Standalone Installer from the python.org website . Use the "Install Now" option in the installer and make sure to check Add python.exe to PATH
2. Clone the ClipCascade project (if not already done)
3. Update requirements_win.txt inside ClipCascade_Desktop\src (relative path to cloned project location) and replace Pillow==10.4.0 with Pillow==12.0.0, pywin32==306 with pywin32==311 and aiortc==1.10.0 with aiortc==1.14.0 to avoid pip install errors due to missing precompiled wheels or incompatible package versions with Python 3.14.2.
4. Open a terminal, go into ClipCascade_Desktop\src (relative path to cloned project location) and run pip install -r requirements_win.txt. Use venv if you want the dependencies to not interfere with other Python projects on your machine. This should go through without errors.
5. Now that you have all dependencies installed, use pyinstaller or your favourite python to exe bundler or run the project directly if you prefer.
