Deprecate to/from Excel file #727

Is your feature request related to a problem?
We don't plan to use the features that Excel would offer compared to CSV. We also need an extra dependency to work with Excel.
Desired solution
Deprecate and later remove Table.from_excel_file and Table.to_excel_file.
