Release preparation for v3.44.2. This PR includes the changeset.

Important

Release v3.44.2 includes re-enabling parallel tool calling and fixes for worktree indexing, model validation, and duplicate emissions.

  • Features:
    • Re-enable parallel tool calling with new_task isolation safeguards.
  • Bug Fixes:
    • Fix worktree indexing by using relative paths in isPathInIgnoredDirectory.
    • Fix local model validation error for Ollama models.
    • Fix duplicate tool_call emission from Responses API providers.
