Add a separate function button for the mermaid image #4546

What specific problem does this solve?
The current mermaid image only has one function of opening by clicking, and it is not convenient to perform operations such as copying the image or copying the image code.
How should this be solved?
I added a toolbar for mermaid images to do some more complex operations on the image.
Currently, the functions of image scaling, image copying and code copying are implemented. In the future, I think the function of modifying the mermaid code in situ can be added to solve the problem that the model occasionally generates incorrect mermaid codes.
How will we know it works? (Acceptance Criteria)
When you point your mouse to the mermaid image, a toolbar will appear.
