In human relay mode, the model in every xml prompt is always set to claude-3-7-sonnet-20250219, and I don't find a way to change it except manually edit the prompt in WebUI LLM.

Actual vs. Expected Behavior

Actual: Every prompt contains "claude-3-7-sonnet-20250219", no matter which mode is currently in use.

Expect: I can edit that model info in human relay settings tab.

1. in human relay mode
2. try to give Roo Code a task
3. return a prompt with "claude-3-7-sonnet-20250219"
