Use init_project.sh to set project with django and vue.

• setup project

  $ mkdir yourproject && cd yourproject
  $ curl "https://raw.githubusercontent.com/RivenZoo/scaffold/master/django_vue/init_project.sh" -o - | bash
  

  Then you need to confirm vue-init interactive options, after that all things will be done. Please use the default vue project name 'frontend'.
