Collabora fails on fresh ubuntu 20.04

Collabora does not install on fresh ubuntu 20.04 with error:

fatal: [localhost]: FAILED! => changed=false 
  msg: No package(s) matching 'collaboraoffice-dict6.4*' available

I have tried tweaking and testing the collabora instructions but no luck so far. 

Any idea how to fix this?
