I would usually not put a video-game (because the list would be infinite) but given that you did the effort I will include it.

The blacklist contains the following:
LeageClient.exe,LeageClientUx.exe,LeageClientUxRender.exe

Every time, "League" is misspelled as "Leage". That could be why it has no effect. I don't play League, so I don't know if the actual client is misspelled as well, but a quick Google search shows that it's spelled LeagueClient.exe etc.
I will refrain from making jokes about League players' IQ.

When I tested it did the trick
and yes you should, because typo doesn't have anything to do with iq
