Radmind tries to create files it cannot

Radmind cannot create sockets in the file-system, which doesn't keep it from trying, and complaining.

For special files like sockets that can only be generated by a specific program, there should be a hybrid between negative files and x files, where ACLs are enforced for an existing file and nothing happens when the file does not exist.

Or add the code to create sockets. I looked at that briefly and it seems that it is just some POSIX calls to create a named Socket. I believe it is just a call to bind. Attacked is source for a utility to create a socket from the command line. The code just needs to be inserted? (I would remove the goto and switch the if logic to fail through, but that is just my OCD.)
