This is a reminder to add the 2 new tutorials show cased at QDC - hex Ising simulation using dynamic circuits and error detection.

The other 3 tutorials require samplomatic/executor that is still in beta, so I think we can wait on those.

For new content requests - if the request is accepted, do you want to write the content?

These two should be good to go (know @haimeng-zhang made some updates to the tutorial, should be ready to be published. and @MeltemTolunay opened a PR for error detection tutorial here: #4361)
