Leader of the pack missing crit on yellow damage

The bonus crit from leader of the pack does not seem to apply to yellow damage

im sitting with 700 cast counts at 19.5% crit chance when my crit is 26% for example

500 counts on swipe and also down almost exactly 5%


I asked another druid and they saw the same results. 


It could also be the Sharpened Claws talent
