How do i get service url for onprem deployment

HI,
I am trying out the repo-permissions-sample (https://github.com/PremierDeveloper/Azure-DevOps/tree/master/repo-permissions-sample) on our company onprem deployment. I could not figure out how to get the service url to a onprem deployment. Any help here.

My company url looks like this https:///tfs/TPC_Region11/

We only tested this with Azure DevOps Services. I will investigate using this on Azure DevOps Server and get back to you.
