README.md and CONTRIBUTING.md improvements needed #11
Description
README.md suggests CONTRIBUTING.md provides instructions on how to submit a pull request but it does not.
The remark about wanting/needing a README.md in each submitted script should either be moved to CONTRIBUTING.md, or added to CONTRIBUTING.md as well as it being in README.md. In my opinion, it should be moved to CONTRIBUTING.md so we have a single clear document detailing all/any info around contributing to the repo, rather than split information across more than one document.
