- Introduced `Courses::FeaturedComponent` to display featured course on the homepage. - Added `published` scope in `Course` model for filtering published courses. - Updated course edit form to conditionally render the publish button only for unpublished courses. - Integrated featured course component into the dashboard view. - Added placeholder RSpec tests for `Courses::FeaturedComponent`. - Implemented custom scrollbar styles for editorial design consistency.
