Focus or indicate to the user when data exists on the detected broker queues tab #2788

Describe the suggested improvement
We've seen some users not realizing that data exists on the Detected Broker Queues tab since we focus on the Detected Endpoints tab, which might be empty if the broker is the only source for usage data.
It would be good to either focus the tab when the endpoints tab is empty or visually indicate that there is data on it
