Unable to connect to ServiceControl due to case sensitivity when consuming response headers #1495

Description
When attempting to connect to an instance of ServiceControl using response headers coming in with mixed case, an error is thrown and it cannot connect.
Expected behavior
Case shouldn't matter and it should connect.
Actual behavior
The following error is thrown and it cannot connect.
There was an error connecting to ServiceControl. Either the address is not valid or the service is down.
