Video recording

This was just a developer tool, but this can be made into a user-facing feature:

• Specifying the output folder
• Opening that folder
• Ability to view past videos in that folder
• Deleting videos
• Ensuring that Scene Edit is depicted, including the before/prompt/after (doesn't have to be the same UI)
• Maaaaaybe embedded metadata? Not sure. Model, Biome version, maybe prompt? There's a future in which videos could be dragged in like ComfyUI outputs to play them, but I'm not sure if we want to go that far
