overture_releases.yaml is not updated #447

Hi OvertureMaps team! I wrote to you about the issue with overture_releases.yaml, but you closed it promtly, even though the problem has not been solved.
It looks broken for the latest version in STAC too: https://stac.overturemaps.org/2025-12-17.0/catalog.json
