Review/update older content to match current standards #879

As discussed in the following comment, pre-Shadowbringers content could use a review/update pass to bring triggers and timelines in-line with our current standards and best practices.
Can you write a FIXME comment on those timeline entries? They are probably from older content earlier in the project, but they should be handled with actual ability names and
timelineReplaceentries instead.
Rather than flagging entries like this, would it make more sense to create a tracking issue "review pre-Shadowbringers timelines for quality/accuracy", and we just make a pass through that content to review all the timelines?
