Bodies and bogies appear to use different origin points. With the same Y offset, bogies are positioned too high up. Research needs to be done to find what the correct offset is, and apply the offsets for bodies to only bodies and the offsets for bogies to only bogies. The guess-and-check nature of the global Y offset should be removed - vehicles should render perfectly at 0 offset. It is a major hassle to spend 5-10 minutes rendering a vehicle only to realize the offset was wrong.
