Create README pages in data folders #59
Description
Many folders in /data/ are lacking a README page. I suggest asking contributors to add such a page and provide some information on their organization, maybe their open access fund, and some links or contact.
Examples:
Some data is included in the blog posts (see https://openapc.github.io/general/2015/10/30/tum/), but I suggest copying some basic information on source and contributors to a README page.
