Oh damn this somehow escaped my eyes. Sadly the C# code in this repo is not shipping anymore we have transitioned to Bot Builder v4 SDK at https://github.com/OfficeDev/BotBuilder-MicrosoftTeams-dotnet I can merge the PR however it probably won't ship. |
