Create smoke tests copi.owasp.org and cornucopia.owasp.org

The smoke tests will need to check that at least two routes on each of the applications are working and that JavaScript is working as expected.

Thank you for your effort.
The smoke test need to run against a container in the pipeline (localhost), not production or stage. This means that the copi.owasp.org pipeline should provision two or possibly one Docker container with the database and the application, run smoke tests against it, and if successful, the smoke test will abort the build.
We do not need smoke tests for cornucopia.owasp.org. The reason for that is that Vite comes with built-in smoke tests that fire up the server and check that all internal links on the website go to live pages.

@sydseter Thanks a lot for the clarification. I’ll update the PR so that the smoke tests run only against the Dockerized app and database in the CI pipeline (localhost) and not against production or stage. I’ll also remove the cornucopia.owasp.org smoke tests since Vite’s built‑in checks already cover those routes
