Talk issue, alway loading not work [communityServer 12.7.1]

hi guys
I meet intersting trouble and I try to fix, but I had failed. do you have some comments for below issue? thanks a lots

Observed Issue:
I meet open somebody chat box but loading always with last version chrome and edge. we still can't send message and received message and show in chat box. but all account is ok in using old edge 128.0.2739.79 .
I try send message with loading chat box, the ok chat box success to receive message and show.

troubleshooting:
debug Jabber service, but I find no log output for Jabber service when I think I had open Jabber log configuration.
debug web js, I find receive create room event, but no receive load history event. I think it is always loading reason.
I can recieve normal event for ok chat box (edge 128.0.2739.79).

version Information​:
docker communityServer 12.7.1
extend redis
extend mysql 5.6
issue explore version: chrome 140.0.7339.128, edge 140.0.3485.94
success explore version: edge 128.0.2739.79

I think it is very hard to me now, I guess compatible issue, but I have no idea why and debug
