Don't collapse ignored items sections on changing collections

Right now when restoring an ignored item (such as a package), after clicking the button the ignored section is reloaded collapsed. This is annoying if you want to restore multiple items in a row.

Check if there's a cheap way of preserving the open state of all <details> elements, see bigskysoftware/htmx#2195

Isn't this issue over yet? I mean , the PR has been converted to a draft PR, so I can create a new PR and take inspiration from the existing PR #918. It just need tests, and probably some human effort.
