Within DrawTool file templates, adds
Intersect Layer,and default to the value of,If Multiple IntersectWithin a DrawTool feature's right-side panel, adds a button to
Recompute Templated Fields(Field changes would then need to be saved afterwards and intersections are performed on the currently saved geometry)
