@gabriel-suau The upstream branch was based on a more recent develop, so I did this to resolve the conflicts with your branch.
Everything OK in the other files.
I will take care of checking that the new PMMG_analys can run in the case npartin > nprocs.

Add an interface to the parallel HDF5 library for distributed mesh I/O.
Some bugs need to be fixed in the save/load routines, so this branch cannot be safely merged into develop for now...
