I'd like to be able to use
nix-updateto update Darwin GUI packages likegit-fork, who use Sparkle / appcast XML to release new updates.This code almost certainly doesn't work yet (having some trouble getting it nix-update to run properly locally at all), but wanted to put it out there just to make sure this is something the project would even be interested in accepting at some point.
