[Miyoo Flip] menu button not working when resuming sleep

Repro steps:

• launch a game
• close the lid
• wait 1 minute for the device to go to sleep
• open the lid
• menu button press doesn't do anything

Root cause:
at the OS level, it seems that putting the device to sleep via echo mem > /sys/power/state will cause a bug in gpio and the volume-down button event is firing upon resume. Can test by executing that sleep command in minput and see the button showing as press upon wake up
