docs: fix broken links

There are multiple broken links in this project. Here are the ones I have fixed.

https://github.com/LizardByte/Sunshine/blob/nightly/packaging/linux/Arch/PKGBUILD is the correct link. Which is what I changed it to. Before, it was a link that lead nowhere.

Would you mind combining all your PRs into one? Our CI after merge takes 4 hours, so not wanting to do that 3 times.
