Summary

add a standalone Python script that implements a small Commodore 64 BASIC interpreter
support program storage, REPL use, and common statements such as PRINT, INPUT, IF/THEN, FOR/NEXT, GOTO, and GOSUB
include command-line flag to run programs from files or interactively
