Create a markdown docs folder

Consider creating a folder holding detailed notes for any language the user is learning. I will be adding a Python "Best of" markdown file and another one for C#. This will be a reference for important notes that can not be displayed in code blocks.

The best (and really only) Chrome browser extension is Markdown Preview Plus. The extension has various "themes" you can select. The only one I liked was Clearness but it had shortcomings. I ended up contributing to the repo with a CSS file for a new theme called ClearnessDarkLg, which is the theme I recmmend.
