Hera-ui: delete / archive project

1. I think we should allow the deletion
   The deletion should be similar to the deletion mechanism in github, where it requires the users to type the project name. Archi

2. Archiving a project: saving the project and all the metadata as zip file, and the option to load it.

[erasta]

delete project is implemented early even though this is low priority, since many projects are created while debugging.
