Start argos after server restart

Run argos as daemon to make sure it runs after restart.

@erasta any preference to how to run the flask app (e.g. gunicorn) ?

@kaplanlior currently it just runs with with nohup as in https://github.com/KaplanOpenSource/argos/blob/main/scripts/run.sh#L18
if you're changing that just make sure we can access logs easily.
why gunicorn as opposed to uvicorn (that we already know)? your choice.
