Support rust `v0` mangling scheme

As far as i can tell it doesn't look like hotspot currently supports the soon-to-be default mangling scheme that rust will use: https://blog.rust-lang.org/2025/11/20/switching-to-v0-mangling-on-nightly/

Describe the solution you'd like
It would be nice to be able to take advantage of the added info while parsing through hotspot.

Describe alternatives you've considered
perf parses and decodes the symbols as expected, so when I need to get some extra context I open with perf report, but this requires to recompile when I need different symbols.

Actually, some support seems to exist already. I had thought I had installed the rust demangle library, but I guess I hadn't. After installing it, the names are readable, but much of the info is removed, with names like <...>::parse::<...>. Due to this, I will keep this issue open, as one of the biggest selling points of the new scheme is the increases info, particularly around generics, and this current experience is even worse than the legacy scheme.

Unless I am doing something wrong here again?

@RoloEdits I ran into the same issue and I think it's due to the setting "collapse templates". Check if it works for you if you uncheck the respective option:
