Expanded Enderchest support.

Compatible support for mod "Expanded Enderchest".
Mod Expanded Enderchest, increases the enderchest slots.
When using the /enderchest command, it show only 3 rows. Only when you place the enderchest and open it you will see the extra rows with that mod.

I can edit the EnderchestCommand.java file, change ChestMenu.threeRows to ChestMenu.sixRows. But maybe others would like this as an config option
