Windows: High CPU usage even without using the plugin (just adding to pubspec)

I'm seeing ~15% constant CPU usage on Windows desktop, even without importing or calling any methods from flutter_midi_command. Simply adding it to pubspec.yaml is enough to cause this.
Profiler shows no Dart activity; the native MIDI backend seems to initialize and poll regardless of usage.

This issue has been fixed, but needs the owner of this repo to release a new version of https://github.com/InvisibleWrench/flutter_midi_command_windows

Until then you can use the pub dependency_overrides feature to get the fix in
