To generate new data, please use MC_generate_data -> this creates an hdf5 file

Then run the cluster algorithm through "clustering" or "clustering_Low_XP" (XP=expence)

Run "Deconvolution" to show the final result once an appropriate deconvolution strength is set up (usually 2 x fill fraction)
