Example on decompiled files by Apktool and Androgaurd

Hi,

Can you please provide an example of how to generate decompiled files using Androgaurd and Apktool? it seems like these tools relay on some dependancies that have been deprecated. 
Can you also confirm whether libD can still be used to detect Third-party libraries? The previous two issues state that libD is not working and they don't seem to be solved yet.
