The plugin won't work with latest Chrome on windows

The plugin is not working on latest Chrome (51) for windows users.
you can't open tether-select on click.

Do you want me to investigate and make a PR for this ?

nop, i decided to remove it from my project. its buggy on Chrome only if you are on a windows machine..

I think I found the issue.
If you are using a screen with touch ability the plugin fallback to the touchstart event.

I don't know if a PR is required but we should optimize this behavior (define breakpoint for mobile) ?

@DCKT You seem to be correct. I'm on a touch screen enabled laptop, with external monitors connected. The plug-in does not work (in any browser) when using my mouse and clicking on it. But when I drag the browsers to my laptop screen, and tap the screen to interact with the plug-in, it does in fact work.

Same issue here with Surface Pro 4. It doesn't work with click (Chrome v 54), but if I drag the browser to the touchscreen enabled screen, it works for tapping. Clickin also works for Firefox.
