Generate/create reveal object map

This is the first step in refactoring the Reveal framework into a modular and more organized framework.

In order to get a proper idea of all the functions and events Reveal exposes, it would be a good idea to map the functionality of the current reveal.js file.

Can be UML, Dolphin diagram, or SVG, or other, as long as it conveys the general idea at a glance.
