Wall_lii is a Twitch and Discord bot that stores leaderboard and game data for Hearthstone Battlegrounds. It provides helpful commands for users to:
- Check a player's rank.
- Get a player's daily and weekly progress.
- View the top players in each server.
- Access relevant information about game mechanics.
Great news! No need to manually set up the bot yourself. Wall_lii is running and freely available to all Twitch streamers. To get started:
Go to https://wallii.gg/help to set up
Wall_lii automatically joins channels on its list when they go live.
If the bot does not respond to your commands, it is likely due to followers-only chat being enabled. To ensure the bot can respond:
- Add the bot as a VIP or Moderator, similar to other bots.

Running the twitch and discord bots require private credentials which you would have to set up with your own twitch/discord accounts and put them in a .env file. Most of the logic is in the leaderboard_queries.py file which can be run locally with the test_leaderboard_queries.py script.
This repository contains two Python scripts:
setup_local_dynamodb.py: Configures a local DynamoDB table for development and testing purposes.test_leaderboard_queries.py: Runs queries against the local DynamoDB table to validate functionality and simulate leaderboard operations..
-
setup_local_dynamodb.py:- Prepares a local DynamoDB instance by creating the necessary table structure and configurations for testing.
-
test_leaderboard_queries.py:- Validates that the logic behind the twitch and discord commands works as expected.
- Simulates leaderboard operations and queries to validate their functionality.
