Status page: microservices status

Microservices status should be dynamic:

• using the array of microservices to also add extensions
• using the store.status to have a reactive value of the microservice status (for the icon)

I wonder if the information about "back loading" should be available somewhere on the home page. Without such information, the user cannot understand he/she should wait to do something

Refactor each microservice

• "geode" becomes "back" , useGeodeStore - > useBackStore
• method able to fetch a version from the microservice itself
• have a package name "opengeodeweb-back" to pointing to Pypi
