Feature description
Add the ability to create local contact source
Why do you want this feature?
I did not want to save contacts to contact storage linked to my emails but a separate local one. Some android versions do not come with a local contact storage and the Contacts app also did not create one. I had to download a separate contacts app which then created the "DEVICE"(on the picture below) source by default.
